Steph joined WhiteAvon in October 2015, having previously worked in Devon as an assistant rural surveyor. She specialises in cross compliance and nutrient planning, grant funding, basic payment scheme and environmental management schemes.
Having grown up on her family farm in the Cotswolds where they farm 400 acres of arable land, with a Suckler herd of 130 and run a flock of 600 ewes, this has given her experience of the day to day practices of running a mixed farm.
Steph is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Management and an MSc in Rural land management. Steph is now FACTs Qualified.
Outside of the office, Steph is a member of Cirencester Young Farmers Club and she is also a keen tennis player.
